This year we have two exciting Film Schools for young people - taking place in half-term, the week before Southampton Film Week.  There's something for all ages from 7 - 15 and we are delighted to be working with the National Youth Film Festival on the special 2 day workshop for 11 - 15s...

If you are age 7 - 10, how about joining us for a day of filmmaking fun?
City Eye's Film School runs in school holidays and is a great opportunity for children of all abilities to have fun and get involved with filmmaking.
Using professional filmmaking equipment participants will work together becoming part of the cast and crew to make their own movie.
This holiday we are delighted to link Film School with Southampton Film Week's Youth Film Fesitval which takes place between 2 and 10 November.
As a special Southampton Film Week offer this one day Film School will cost just £10 per person!

If you are aged between 11 and 15 the National Youth Film Festival and Southampton Film Week would like to invite you to a fantastic 2 day workshop during which you will make a short film.
You will work with talented and supportive professional filmmakers who will help you to make a film, taking it from script to screen, and using 'Round My Corner' as your inspiration!  Your finished film will be uploaded to the National Youth Film Festival website and might be entered into the Festival next year!

For full details on both of these amazing workshops and to book your place please visit http://www.southamptonfilmweek.com/yff-film-schools.html
