City Eye Cinema

City Eye Cinema is a chance for filmmakers to show their work and network with other filmmakers. Film goers can expect an exciting programme of films from local talent and further afield.

If you are a filmmaker and would like to submit a film for consideration please complete the Film Submission Form below.

Films can be any length or genre. They can be old, new or unfinished projects that you need some audience feedback on. They must, however, be suitable for a public screening!

​Festive Films is our way of celebrating the end of another year in the best way we know how - watching films! 

The programme included the 'best of the fest' from the recent Southampton Film Week, including winners at SFW: Shorts, the annual College Filmmaking Challenge and films from local and international filmmakers.

Thank you to all filmmakers that gifted us with films for a fab Festive City Eye Cinema and to our lovely & appreciative audience.

City Eye Cinema presents FESTIVE FILMS

Programme 15 December 2016 at Mettricks, Old Town, SO14 2AA

The programme included the 'best of the fest' from the recent Southampton Film Week, including winners at SFW: Shorts, Exposure Filmmakers 48 Hour Challenge and the annual College Filmmaking Challenge. The programme also included a 30-minute drama produced entirely in Hampshire, artist moving image, documentary and films by local filmmakers from Portsmouth, Southampton, Reading and the Isle of Wight. ​
