Boost your employability
Step into leadership with our 10-day intensive Screen Skills Bootcamp, designed specifically for burgeoning project managers in the HETV/film, VFX, and games sectors. No prior knowledge in creative industries is required!

Learn to polish your project management skills, enhance your leadership capabilities, and connect with industry leaders through our mentorship and work shadowing opportunities. Each day runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm, encompassing 60 hours of learning and hands-on training.

Who is this for?
The Screen Skills Bootcamp is designed for a diverse range of participants looking to make their mark in the screen industries. Whether you're seeking to advance within your current role in the HETV/film, VFX, and games sectors, or are looking to pivot your career from another industry into these dynamic fields, this bootcamp is for you. It is also ideally suited for unemployed individuals who have some foundational experience in any sector and are eager to re-skill and enter the creative industries with a strong set of project management and leadership skills.

No previous experience in the creative industries is require, making this bootcamp an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about media and entertainment and are looking for structured, professional training to break into the field. If you're committed to learning and ready to take on 10 days of intensive, hands-on training that will prepare you for immediate and impactful engagement in the screen industries, our bootcamp will help you get there.

How you'll learn
  • 60 hours of training spread over 10 days focused on fundamental and advanced project management strategies.
  • Guest lectures from industry leaders and real-world examples to inspire and educate.
  • Interactive workshops to apply learning in real-time.
  • One-to-one mentorship aimed at refining your project management approach and leadership style.
  • Support for finding opportunities for work shadowing and developing professional networks.
  • Access to career advisors to enhance your CV and prepare for job interviews.
  • Online materials for continuous learning and cohort interaction.

Eligibility criteria
  • Must be 19 years of age or older.
  • Resident in the UK with proof of the right to work.
  • Commitment to complete 60 hours of training.
  • Open to participating in ongoing job seeking support.
  • Interested in advancing or starting a career in HETV/film, VFX, or games.

Special focus on Film & HETV, including health and safety considerations and personal branding strategies.
Project management in the game sector, with emphasis on game development pipelines and leadership for diverse teams.

​Hands-on experience in a TV studio setting, from planning to live broadcast.
Case studies on budgeting, cost management, and networking strategies for career advancement.
