COFILMIC COMEDY FILM FESTIVAL - SUBMISSIONS NOW OPEN!

A brand new comedy short film festival and awards ceremony takes place at the Comedy Store Manchester on 31st October and 1st November 2011.

Unlike run-of-the-mill shorts festivals, the competition is open to comedians, those who wish to write and produce comedy for TV and comedy film makers.


 So far, the impressive list of judges and associates of the Festival include BAFTA winning producer Charlie Hanson, Baby Cow’s Henry Normal, East is East producer Leslee Udwin, MOFILM managing director Andy Baker, The Comedy Store founder Don Ward, Commissioning Editor at DAVE (UKTV) Steve North and BBC Comedy Commissioner Kristian Smith.

With UK wide showcase events planned for 2012, film makers have the chance to screen their films at various venues around the country, all included within the tiny £15 submission fee!
